To disable the door chime in the Ford F-150 You will want to make sure the ignition is off, the seat belts are unbuckled and all the doors are shut. Now turn the ignition on, but do not start the engine. Just enough so that electricity is flowing. Wait for the seatbelt warning light to turn off, this will take about one minute. Once the light is off You need to buckle and unbuckle the seat belt 3 times, ending with the belt unbuckled. This needs to be done within 30 seconds of the warning light going off. Now the light will come back on. Buckle and unbuckle 3 more times and the light will flash. The door chime is now turned off.
