In order to fold down the back seats on the 2013 Toyota Camry, You'll need to first open the trunk. On the top, near the center, You'll see two small levers with the word "pull" written on them. These are Your back seat release levers -- You'll need to pull the corresponding lever, and then push the desired seat down. It should go without saying, but the left lever controls the left seat, while the right lever controls the right seat.
