To install the license plate bracket on the 2018 Ford Escape is really simple. The bracket will come with a series of screws. There will be holes in the front of the car for these. Just put the bracket there, then screw it in. Simple as that. The plate itself will slide into the bracket and slide out easily enough. Then You screw the plate in place as well.
My escape doesn't have any holes for a front license plate..

You simply remove the screws from the bracket and then align your license plate with the holes. Then screw your license unto the bracket.

Same here. No holes. And plate zip tied to grill left of sensor still makes front sensor go off. No solution yet.
