Resetting the oil light on the 2013 Dodge Durango is very simple and only takes a few minutes. What You're going to want to do first is turn Your key in the ignition to RUN. Then, make sure Your parking brake is on for safety reasons. Now, press and let go of the accelerator 3 times in a span of 10 seconds. After You have completed that process, turn Your ignition off. Your oil light should now be reset. If You want to double check, turn the ignition to RUN again and check for the light.

To perform a 2013 dodge durango oil light reset you will turn ignition switch to on position(do not start engine)-- 2) fully depress accelerator pedal slowly three times within 10 seconds -- 3) turn ignition switch to off position --- note if message illuminates when you start the engine the system did not reset. Repeat the process.
