If You want to reset the oil light on Your 2018 Mercedes CLA 250, what You will need to do is turn Your ignition key to position 1. On Your multi function display, head over to the Vehicle Trip Mileage. Now, go ahead and hold the calling button on Your steering wheel. Once You're holding the call button press the OK button on Your steering wheel as well. Both buttons need to be held and pressed together. You should now see the Vehicle Data menu. Please scroll to the Assyst Plus menu and head on over to Full Service. When You're there, select Confirm Service. Now, select the Oil Grade and confirm changes.

Did not work for me either. I just get a message asking if I want to clear mileage.

I have the same problem. There is no menu under asyst plus. It only says B1 is due. I have never had a car that is as much of a problem as this piece of trash. No more Mercedes ever again.

As too answer says. Call first then ok button. Position 1. You HAVE TO BE FAST!!! If it asks to reset trip mileage, notfast enough. Just did it

Make sure to hold down the accept call button and then hold down the ok button with it. I got the clear mileage notice when I pressed the ok button first
