To reset the TCS light on the Honda Accord You will need to press down and hold the brake while turning off the car and then turning it back on. That said if the light comes back on then You have a problem with Your traction control system. The system is designed to regulate the way Your tires spin, making so You keep grip and traction when turning, or going over ice. If the system is down then You are at a higher risk of crashing, especially if You don't know it's coming and go over ice. For this reason, if this light keeps coming on You need to take the car into the shop and have it looked at right away.
