First, locate the TPMS reset button. This button can be found on the interactive panel to the left hand side of the steering wheel. Once Youve found the button, press and hold it down until the correlated indicator light flashes on and off three times. It should blink three times to trigger the reset. Then, take the car for a short drive of about 15-20 minutes, after which the TPMS light should have reset. If this doesnt work, try deflating Your tires, re-inflating them to 2-3 PSI over the recommended amounts and then deflating them again. Then, inflate them to the recommended PSiAnd try driving the car. If this doesnt work, Youll likely need to consult with a mechanic or a dealership to get the issue fixed.

To reset the tire pressure light on a toyota sienna, make sure the tire pressures are correct. Turn the engine on, then push and hold the reset button. Hold the button down until the tpms indicator light in the instrument panel blinks three times.

Does not work for me. I held the button for a long time and it kept flashing. I also tried the instructions in the manual which were a little more complex. I suspect I may have a defective tire sensor.
