A useful feature built into the security/keyless entry system in Your Ford Explorer is the ability to remotely roll down Your windows. This feature also opens the sunroof at the same time. To use it all You have to do is hold the unlock button on Your key fob for 3 seconds or more. Your windows will roll all the way down and the sunroof will open half way. If You only want them to roll half way down You can stop them at any point by pressing the lock or unlock button when they reach the desired height. You can also use this feature to close the windows and sunroof. To do this You just need to press and hold the lock button for 2 seconds. To stop them from going up just press the unlock button.
