To set the cruise control on a 2018 Toyota RAV4 press the on off button located on the end of the cruise control switch, behind the lower right of the steering wheel. You have to be going above 25 mph to set the speed, but once You're at Your desired speed push the cruise control lever down and release the gas pedal. If You just bump the lever up it will increase Your speed by one mile per hour and if You bump it down it will decrease it by one. If You hold the lever up it will increase the speed until You let go and just the opposite when You hold it down. If You press the brakes or pull the lever towards You what cancel the speed and if You push the lever away will resume the cruise control.
