It is a reliable car and the gas mileage is pretty good.
It makes a lot of noise and it is behind on all the technology that cars in that heat have. For example the car does not have apple play and older cars from different brands does. The stereo is also old looking. The rav4 is just like the older ones.

Toyota rav4 cons and pros.
The cons about the rav4 is that the gas tank is the same size as the corolla. The car is 4 cylinder; but it is a bigger car. It is economic and comfortable. However, the chairs are manual which it would have been better if they were electric, since the car has sunroof, automatic trunk door and touchscreen radio.

Reliable and perfect running Toyota rav4!
My vehicle gets about 22 mpg, it is comfortable and convenient for our lifestyle. It runs excellent, and it has all the features we need. We would like a radio that got better reception or Sirius FM, but we couldn't afford it. We would also have liked an automatic lift on the back gate, but that was also something we didn't want to pay for.

I hate the cup holder situation.
I cannot stand the cup holder situation and wish there was a coin storage space. There is only two cup holders in the front and one is almost under the dash so it makes it hard to get cups in and out. It is a pain. Then, the cup holders in the back are only in the middle seat when you fold it down and they're not very wide, so kids cups do not fit in them.

2018 Toyota rav4 is a reliable vehicle.
Thank god so far we haven't had any problems except for the alarm system going off. It is a comfortable vehicle that has folding back seats for. Transporting long items. It also give us a higher ride than most cars so it helps to see the road ahead better. The mpg is good as well.

Rav4 good SUV for the money you spend.
The brakes seem to go out fairly quickly but overall quality of the car is very good. Great on gas and amazing for long drives. Tons of storage space I use it for a lot of camping trips with the family. Lots of extra cups space amazing adjustable seats.

Great value mid-priced SUV.
I love this car, it has tons of seating and leg space. There's a little shelf in the passenger seat and an extra space for items around the cup holders. The trunk space is large and the back seats fold flat down to extend that space. The back door does not, unfortunately, have a self closing feature but the car does have lane assist and the backup camera which comes in handy a lot.

The Toyota rav4 le is reliable and great for road trips.
I enjoy riding in my Toyota rav4 le. This car was used for a road trip across the country twice. I like that it is spacious except it can barely fit 3 car seats. I believe if you are a single person or are married with 2 children this is the car for you. This vehicle is definitely reliable and it gets great gas mileage on the highway.

Great safe vehicle for a small family or a couple to be safe in.
The rav4 is a quality vehicle. It is all wheel drive and handles very well in The winter months. I have never been stuck and live in a snow belt. The rav4 has many safety features that are very good such as airbags everywhere and alerts when driving over road lines also backing up alert If anything is behind or coming. I love my car for a small family college girl.
Very reliable 33 mpg highway 26 mpg in town. Very comfortable and feels like it is built for small families. No rear air or plugs are my only complaint. Customer service is exquisite! Smooth ride and more comfortable for smaller people. The car is the perfect mix of manual and automatic accessories ie manual seat adjustments and automatic opening hatch. The sunroof is an amazing addition as well as the touch to lock/unlock feature has been super helpful. Fits passengers comfortably. A lot of space in the rear portion of the car to fit things like groceries or shopping bags and if the rear seats are down can comfortably fit a bike or two.

Toyota rav4 XLE - good gas, great brake system & compact car.
I love how smooth my car drives. It is efficient on gas on both highway and city. I have taken my car on multiple roadtrips and it is just the perfect size to fit all my trip needs and still have enough room for my family to travel in comfort. The AWD has come in handy as in my city it tends to rain a lot and the roads get very slippery. My absolute favorite feature is their brake & sensor system. It has saved me from multiple incidents. It will notify you when a car is changing lanes and it is to close to you or if there is something on the road or vehicle and you need to brake. I love my car and will definitely purchase it again.

I love the safety features.
I have not had a single problem with this vehicle. I have almost owned it for 2 years and have not had to do any work and because of its features, you do not have to change the oil as often which saves money. I have also saved a lot of money on gas because of the fuel efficiency. The safety features make me feel confident and safe while I drive even with other drivers around. It is a very spacious vehicle and comfortably fits both of my dogs in the backseat. The truck is huge and fits more than most.

The favorite car I have ever owned; my 2018 rav4.
I love my rav4! It is comfortable, reliable, safe, and roomy. It is easy to clean and offers plenty of space. The seats in the back fold completely down so to give you more storage room in the trunk. I also love the lane assist and cruise control features. The headlights are also very illuminating. I have the rav4 in white and I have the protective coating near the door edges and the inside of the handles. I have found these to be very useful, however, on a white car the dirt can build up around the coating creating an outline. Not a big deal, it is still my favorite vehicle I have owned. ToyotaCare is also a great perk and I have maintained my car easily because of it.

Great starter car for a family.
I love the car because it does not feel too big to drive but it has ample space in the inside. The only thing I would have a complain about is that the air conditioning does not going to the passengers in the back. I have to crank it on the highest level so it can travel to the back. There are no vents in the back.

Have no problems with the vehicle since I obtained it. Its performance has been up to what I expect from a 4 cylinder vehicle. It has been one the most reliable cars I have ever owned. Since there are only 2 people using the car or riding it at any given time comfort is not a problem. I do not have any extras features that might make the driving experience better.

I love my car! The car is spacious enough for a young family with a toddler and a dog. It has enough trunk room for a stroller and other baggage. I have felt my car has been reliable. Just right for me, love my SUV.
Has all the features I need-eco, sport modes, lane keep assist, adaptive speed control, etc. Still has a CD player. Cargo space is great. Seems reliable, fun to drive. I like sitting up higher in the SUV than in a passenger car. Back seats recline.

Great vehicle for anyone!
The rav4 is a great car. It is easy to drive and it seems it is high performance vehicle. I have the charcoal color and it does seem to get very hard when it sits in the sun for a while. I think the inside is very nice looking. I find the seats very comfortable. I back seat is fairly spacious except for the middle seat. The middle seat really only fits a small child and it does not have any air vents. It gets very hot in the back. The radio and music system is great. It is loud in the back and in the front. The car is extremely fast and moves very well. I just took it off roaring and though I would not recommend it for everyone, I was able to handle the car and it did really well over some very tough terrain. Get the rav4 if you want a very reliable ordinary yet speedy car.

We like the color which is blue but from a distance looks black. Very deceiving.
We like the rav4 for it is safety features. It alerts us if we swerve into the other lane, light on side mirrors let us know if there is a car in the other lane if we want to switch lanes, backup camera. It is comfortable riding, good on fuel consumption, large cargo to hold the many items we sometimes have to move.

2018 Toyota rav4, the most reliable car I have ever owned.
I love my car. I have not had any issues with it whatsoever. It is reliable, and it gets great gas mileage. My specific car includes a backup camera and a sunroof, which are both great perks. I for one am not amazing at parking, so having a camera is really nice. There is a feature on the door handle which allows you to touch it and lock your car without pulling out your keys, they must just be in range of your vehicle. This car also does not lock if keys are left inside of the car, so it is impossible to lock yourself out. 10/10 would recommend.

Debating the value of leasing another SUV.

Definition of comfort, practicality and safety!!
Haven't had many issues with the car itself, only had to purchase new wheels but that's not really the car itself. It's very comfortable, I love that the seats in the back go completely flat as it helps when traveling or hauling! I like the features the car offers like the automatic cruise control, where it matches the driver in front of you so you don't have to turn it on and off again when passing them. I like that it does lane correction if you move outside the lines a little bit it will automatically get you back to center!

Great vehicle for anyone from families to adventurers!
This is an amazing all around car. I live in an area where we get all 4 seasons, including long winters. We get a moderate to intense amount of snow, and I have never felt insecure in this vehicle in winter driving conditions. The option to switch to manual shifting is very handy on icy roads. It is great in all other seasons as well. My only regret is not getting a model with a sunroof! I do mostly city driving and take several cross country trips a year. The gas mileage is stellar no matter what I am doing. I have had zero mechanical problems thus far. This vehicle would be great for just about anybody. Plenty of room for car seats for families, plenty of trunk space for adventurers, and the reliability to take you just about anywhere in between.

Toyota rav4 XLE - fun features.
The car runs great. The backspace is big enough for groceries or a mini road trip. The gas is also great and lasts long. I love the rooftop window as well. The car has a button to start with so it's really helpful. Also, there are lights on the side mirrors to help indicate if there are cars next to you if you want to switch lanes. You can also switch options on the car to help you identify if you have overstepped or crossed a lane and it'll make a beeping sound for you and readjust your wheel. It also has an awesome backup camera and notifies you if there is someone behind you.

I haven’t had any problems with my rav4. This is actually the second rav4 that I have owned, and I love these vehicles. My Toyota is perfect for my needs. I am a shopper, and there is plenty of room. The only option that I wish my car had is a button inside to open my trunk. This way if I pick up groceries I can pop the trunk at a push of a button.

The ecosport lets me know when I am in the saving gas mode.
Quiet and efficient. I have model that lets me choose eco or sport mode. The eco mode helps me save on gas. It's also very comfortable and reliable. This is my 3rd rav4. The rav4 is a comfortable mid-size crossover vehicle that seats 5 people. I have never had any problems with my vehicle. It is reliable, and it has two driving modes—eco and sport. I get approximately 27 mpg in the city and 31 on the highway. The blind spot monitoring, lane assist, and forward collision sensors all make cruise control simple.

Tend to get back aches after long car rides, the car is decent on mpg, good size, good in all weather types. I enjoy the safety features such as the mirror alerts for cars in the side, in lane driving monitors to not go over the lane lines, and the backup reverse camera.

Very safe and compact design.
It is a very convenient but compact car, though it does not feel that way. I was hesitant to downgrade to a small sedan, going from a big GMC Yukon, but although the rav4 is not huge, it still makes you feel as secure as a big SUV. It is spacious but is not clunky and huge, and it is all around a really nice and comfortable car.

It is roomy with good gas mileage.
So far I have had no problems a all with my RAV4. I live on a dirt road & have had very good luck with Toyota's ability to handle the ruggedness. My last car was a Toyota highlander and I drove it for 11 years and it had over 200, 000 miles. I am definitely a fan of Toyota.

The Rav4 Gets The Job Done
The Rav4 is a great midsize car. It is incredibly comfortable. Not great for people with really long legs but perfect for average height. The back seats don't fold down flat but there is a lot of cargo room inside. Performance has been outstanding and gas mileage is average.

Small issues for an overall great performing vehicle.
There are not many issues with the vehicle however I can say that the dashboard on the passenger side is low. I have hit my knee a few times. Also the cub holders in the back seat are an awkward shape and does not really hold standard cups or bottles. They kind of just sit on top.

The rav-4 is amazing it drives in snow and rain no slip.
I love my rav4 at first when I got it I was too fond of it but it was affordable for me at the time. But the first time I drove my drive in snow is when I fell in love! The rav-4 legit drives over snow with no problem at all. The only complain about the car is the headlights go out every few months which gets annoying to constantly change. Otherwise incredible car.

Misc issues that are annoying.
Rattle sound coming from the dash. Also does not wash well. Dirt stays in nooks and crannies. Not sure what else to say about this. Gas mileage is descent but wish it were better. Toyota general maintenance is pricey to maintain. Seats are hard to vacuum. Material is like velcro.

Handles really great in the snow due to the all wheel drive. Is really good on gas. Very reliable. Back seat has a lot of legroom and the seats fold down easily for more storage space. Great space for a family car.
The vehicle overall is great. I have the one without leather in the inside and its great. Color is grey and it does well in hiding the dirt from the streets. I have dogs and the only setback is that the hairs get stuck on the seats and the floor and it is extremely hard to take off.

All around great, with exceptional cupholders!
The rav4 handles really well in all driving conditions. It is comfortable for long road trips and does well on gas. My favorite feature is the large cup holder that fits all my water bottles and the mug shaped holder that accommodates cups with a handle. The seats are so easy to fold down and allow for a lot of storage space when needed. I really appreciate the safety features such as the beeping when you exit your lane without using a turn signal.

Family friendly sized car.
I have no problems - drives great. The seats are comfortable for a long drive, about 9-10 hours of five. The car gives off great mileage. Average of about 29. There is a lot of legroom in the rear seating. The trunk has a lot of space for luggage. Children safe car. The only downside is that the rear seats do not get enough air conditioning or heart.

It has good performance, no issues. However, frequently having tire issues. Changing tires, filling up tires with air, flat tires, and all of the above. I think the car is comfortable. I definitely see it as reliable despite my tire troubles. The gas lasts a long way. I wish I had more features like GPS, or Alexa like the new cars.

We love our rav4 hybrid. Great gas mileage and zippy in sport mode. So far super reliable. Tons of space in the back for cargo and the backseat is plenty large for adults. Would buy again!

I really recommend this vehicle to any mom.
Very comfortable. The in-vehicle technology is perfect for everyone in my family. I love the screen and use of apple carplay. I also really recommend the sage color I purchased - it is so unique and beautiful. I purchased my rav4 about 7 months ago and I have yet to have any problems with it.

Safety features are a plus!
This has been a great car for our family of 5! It drives smoothly, and the safety features (reverse camera, radar cruise control, etc. ) Make it one I am comfortable letting my teenagers drive.

A car that is made for an adventure, whether it be for traveling or with life!
My rav4 has been a really great buy. It is very comfortable in terms of spaciousness in the front seats and the back seats. It has the best feature with being able to put down all of the seats to fit bigger amount of furniture or things when purchasing or even moving from place to place. I have not had any engine problems with it whatsoever. The rear camera, blind spot monitoring, and drive assist are just other extra pulses that I have with the car. It makes driving easier and safer.

All the things you need in a vehicle.
I have had no issues. What I love is that the features are all intuitive and are not super technical. It is loaded with anything that you would need and no extras. There is plenty of room for my family of 3. The color options are unique and ability to load if you want.

All wheel drive, affordable, and dependable.
I really like the Toyota rav4. It gets good gas mileage and is reliable. It is also all wheel drive which is a must for winter. I wouldn't go with the le again because I would like rear vents and it doesn't have them. It is comfortable and has a lot of legal space in the back.

Great all around vehicle for young adult.
So far I have loved this car. It drives great in the snow which is what I needed it for living in Colorado. It is comfy, stylish, and roomy. Drives very smooth. I enjoy a couple of the extra features, such as the blind spot monitor and the eco- mode.

2018 rav4 this is why you should look into it as your next vehicle.
It is a wonderful family vehicle. It sits my 3 boys, fiance and also my 70 pound dog as well as me all comfortably. I put a lift kit on it and it always rides smooth. I have had no technical problems or mechanical problems since I have had it. I didn't like one aspect of it and that is having to download an app to my phone to fully use my GPS and connect to my vehicle but other than that it is great on gas the ecosystem is always saving me money. It also has a nice sunroof so there's no need to have my a/c always running. But when I do decide it is too hot to ride with the windows down the ac kicks the matter of minutes to where you are ready to turn it down or turn it all the way off.

Not a good fuel car. I travel a lot of highway (20k miles in 8 months) I only get 23 mpg
I like the color and a few options like Lane depart and Bluetooth. I hate the seats and the material. I hate the lane assist because it doesn't see correctly and makes e depart lane when I shouldn't. No air in the backseat.

Love my Toyota and thought I would miss my Tacoma but I don't
I've had absolutely no problems with my rav4. It gets great mileage runs smooth and my dog can sit up in the front seat or has the whole back to lie down in or sit up in too. Spacious and beautiful. Love the extras like the easy open door in the back. The sunroof rocks. The only thing would be the stereo system cud sound a little better. It's a learning curve getting used to the auto heat and ac.

Comfortable and safe and reliable.
The seats are comfortable and my kids like that the back seats recline. I also like that I can raise the driver seat up. It drives smooth. I really like that it detects when I cross over into the other lane or shoulder. This is my first SUV and I love the space!

I love my rav4 Toyota because it is very reliable and looks great!
I love the rav4 because it is easy to drive, very reliable, has plenty of room, it is comfortable, the interior and exterior looks great and great on gas! I have had it for almost two years and never had any problems with it. I get the oil changed on a regular basis so this is the one service it is hard.

It has ton of safety features and great gas mileage.
I love how roomy it is for being an SUV and how large the trunk is. The gas mileage is phenomenal. Honestly there isn't anything i don't like about my rav4.

My cool chameleon car color.
It is an all around good car but almost boring to drive. It does have pep and a pick up and go but otherwise drives like it is a bigger SUV for handling and not as agile when driven. The color is awesome. The interior is not stain proof to degree they claim but the plastic easy to because easy floorboards make up for that. The color is the most interesting thing about it. Blend of green, dark blue and looks black at night. My chameleon car!

Love driving my rav4. It is awesome.
Easy to drive. Super safe. I love the way it feels to drive. Easy steering wheel. Great for any trip. Lots of cup. Holders. The music works great with the stereo. It is just an easy lovely car. I feel safe driving my kid in it. I like the camera for backing up as well.

Great vehicle for the price.
I like my car a lot and think I has great storage and comfortable seats. I wish my trunk opened automatically. In addition I wish that my car had autostart as well. I think the price for the quality is great. I will recommend this car to other buyers.

Rav4 very reliable and great to drive with plenty of cargo space.
I only had my rav4 for about 5 months but I absolutely love it. The ride is smooth, gas mileage gets better as you use cruise control, adaptive cruise is awesome and very handy to have. I love the size of backup camera and driving of the vehicle is very responsive. Highly recommend.

Love my rav! Comfortable, reliable and will be amazed how much space it has!
Comfortable seat, lots of room. Able to haul big items. Very reliable. No problems only been in shop for maintenance and have not had any recalls. Has a kick when passing other vehicles. Radio controls convenient on dashboard and steering wheel. Backup camera definitely a plus.

A reliable modern vehicle with one or two annoyances that can be overlooked.
My Toyota is reliable, comfortable and a great value. Overall it gives me no issues and gets great gas mileage for an SUV. It has some nice features for a basic model such as Bluetooth capabilities and lane assist. The one issue I do have is that the brakes squeal and after several trips to the dealership, they still will not address them. I am told they are safe and do not need to be replaced, however they did admit that this is an repeat issue with this vehicle.

The roomy road trip car you'll love!
Love this car! It is the perfect car to get in and take a road trip! Plenty of space and do not feel cramped on each other!! Great gas mileage, cheap to fill up, etc.. Definitely safest vehicle I have drove/ rode in for a long time. If I got in a wreck I'd feel like I could survive the worst!

Has a rearview camera that helps for backing up.
It is a big car so it has a big engine using a lot of gas. Larger vehicle prohibits parking in certain areas which is difficult with kids.

Rav4: a compact car with just the right amount of advancement.
It works well but says maintenance needed after only having a couple of months. It is very reliable and has never broken down before. It is extremely comfortable and the smooth interior makes it easy to focus on driving. The vehicle having Bluetooth for playing music is another feature I greatly enjoy. Overall, the Toyota rav4 is a very reliable, comfortable car with great features included and wonderful performance.

Toyota is a best company! My car is awesome, loving design, better performance. Still working without any problem. It is very comfortable to drive. I bought it after long online research. Awesome speed and adorable design made me to buy, also has strong network. That is why any problem easily solved. Better technology: other than all cars it is a better in technology. Safety: as a car, I think anybody don't provide such safety. Interior: awesome interior design.
