You can determine if Your Honda CR-V is an EX/LxBy the VIN on the metal plate on top of the driver's side of the dashboard. The eighth digit is the one that will determine the Vehicle Grade.LX is the base model, in more recent years that means cloth interior, power windows, power door locks, and cruise with steel wheels as the base options. EX has typically meant an upgrade to include a moonroof and alloy wheels. The base CR-V lx is powered by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine witH184 horsepower. The CR-V EX is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine witH190 horsepower instead.

This is not all true. Based on this info, my car would be an LX, although my car is equipped with a moonroof, cameras, variable speed wipers etc. My car has a 2.4 ltr engine.
