To turn off the cruise main light in the Honda Accord You can either tap the brake pedal, push the cancel button located on the steering wheel, or push the cruise control master button. The cruise main light will turn on when the cruise control button is pushed allowing You to set the system. If the light is illuminated even when You haven't touched the button there could be a short in the wiring causing it to come on. You could also try pulling the associated fuse.

To turn off the cruise main on a honda accord you will need to press the cruise control master button located on the steering wheel.
