To turn off the ECO mode on the Jeep Wrangler 2017, You will need to open the menu settings, and keep scrolling until You find the personal settings option. Select this option and then keep scrolling again till You find the display fuel settings. There is another easy way to disable the ECO mode by pressing the green button located on the main console dash which will be labeled as ECO. You can toggle this button on or off in order to enable or disable it respectively. While the ECO mode is helpful to reduce fuel consumption, it does make the engine and the accelerator pedal leSSResponsive which could ruin the experience when You need to drive fast in emergencies.

Not all 17s have this have this green eco mode button you speak of. Both of my 17 sports do not have this little green button you speak of

I have the 2017 sport and it does not have the green button. The only way is through the menu and it’s complicated. I can’t believe how different the unlimited series are and I always thought the sport jk was a top model but it’s the base model that’s stripped of all the good features.

The jeep wrangler 2017 will have a green button on the main console dash that is labeled eco, this button will turn on and off eco mode.
