I have 2020 toyota camry. Are the front interior lights supposed to come on automatically, only the back lights do.The front lights come on if I manually push a button
The interior lights on the 2020 Toyota Camry have couple settings they determine how they work. Depending on which button is activated on the overhead control panel will control when and which lights come on. There are four buttons, the two on the outside will turn the light next to it on or off, the right center button activates the lights to come on when the doors are opened, and the left turns all light on and off. The front and rear lights should turn on and off together with the front lights. If they arent, remove the plastic cove and check the bulb to see if it has blown. If the bulbs are good, there may be an issue with the switch or there may be a wiring issue.

I test drove a 2020 camry xle recently and saw they got rid of the dome light on the ceiling. The car was unlocked no lights were on. For me, that's a safety issue. It's frustrating that they got rid of the ceiling light and visor light. They get rid of necessary specs for more money. SMH... That's how it goes.

I don't have an answer either. Looked everywhere I could think of to have them come on when opening the door.J Can't find a way.
