No, there isn't a motor mount recall for the 2012 Honda Civic, or, for that matter, any Honda Civic, despite many drivers thinking there should be. Honda's used the same crack-prone system now for twenty some years, despite the issues. What typically happens is that mounts will crack, often under 10k miles, and certainly before 80k, even with moderate highway driving. This occurs because of the vibration of the vehicle, and lack of dampening. You can pick up aftermarket replacements for $50ish, and avoid labor if you're a masochist, otherwise, you're going to need to have a shop do this, since it involves lifting the engine. Regardless, I recommend avoiding the OEM parts in this case, since they'll just fail again much sooner than the quality third party ones you can buy.

Ive had to replace my passenger side mount twice now within a year. The last time was about 2-3 months ago and it's already cracked and vibrating my car really bad. Had to reposition my engine the last time because the trash mount allowed it to slip down and to the left. And even making sure it was aligned properly, not only did it fail prematurely, but within such a short time frame.
