You can reset the Ford Fusion door code, but You need the factory-set code of the car. You enter the set code and click 1, 2, and enter the 5-digit code You like. You will then press 1 to finish the process. If You do not have the code, You will usually find it on a card labeled door code etc. In the owner's manual. You can also get it under the dash from the BCM, which will be positioned just above the brake pedal in the side footwell of the driver. You should take it to the dealer if anything else fails and they will be able to pull out the default factory code contained in the PCM.

Enter your new keyless entry code immediately. Press the number 1 and listen for the sound of the doors being locked.
