Most of the complaints with the 2003 B 3000 is due to the normal wear and tear of parts overtime. There have been complaints of mass air flow sensor failure which will cause the engine to run rough and idle poorly. It could cost almost $450 to have it replaced by a reputable repair shop. Another problem reported is not getting any spark, this is usually due to a fouled-up distributor. There have been complaints of engine noise, this is usually due to worn components or because of a lack of oil in the engine. You should inspect the engine oil level often and make sure that the crankcases full. Pull the dipstick out and wipe it with a clean cloth and put it back in. Now pull it out again and look at the tip of it to see where the oil level is.
