Some of the issues with the 2011 Lincoln MKXBackup camera is blurry images or no images at all. In the latter case, this is often related to the fuse, or one of the wires going to the rear becoming severed or otherwise damaged. You can test this somewhat easily by unplugging the power lead and verifying you're getting current on it. For poor image quality, this is often a loose connector. If you've checked the above, further reasons to have degraded utility from the backup camera is the actual software controlling it; sometimes this can be reset by the dealer. One of the easiest ways to address an under-performing camera system, though, is to simply trash it and get a new one: while an OEM replacement runs about $340, you can find aftermarket ones on eBay for as low as $50.

For the 2011 lincoln mkx the most common issue with the back up camera is the wire failing to power it, and the camera may be d***y and not working.
