The 2011 Toyota Venza has been known to have some issues with its doors, as well as with the locking mechanisms built into them. Some issues that have been reported include defective lock actuators, short fuses that blew up and poorly built relay switches in the locks. The most common reason by far is that of a blown fuse, which can easily be remedied by a quick replacement. If Your Venza isnt having a blown fuse, inspect Your doors power switch. If it appears damaged or isnt working, You can replace it very easily. If neither of those things appear to be the source of the problem, Its almost certain that Your Venzas actuator isnt receiving or transmitting signals to open the cars doors. This will require expert input and so, is best treated by an auto-shop or mechanic.
