If the 2012 GMC Acadia high-pressure fuel pump is having issues then You will notice winning coming from the engine as Your firSTSign. You will also have a strong fuel smell as You will likely be leaking fuel along the line somewhere. This is because the pressure was not regulated and it has ruptured a small hole in the line. Your engine will have trouble starting, and if it does start You will notice that it will sputter and ie when You are idle. You may also have a loss of power when driving, or the car may surge forward. It will cost about 2000 to have this fixed, but You won't be able to drive if You don't.
