Some of the 2014 GMC sierra transmission problems are shudders and delayed shifts. The transmission fluid needs to be replaced every 30,000 to 60,000 miles. Along with fluid changes, terrible sounds will come from the transmission. Old transmission fluid will be awful to the ear. A worn out torque converter will cause a headache. The transmission is one of the most critical parts of the vehicle. You will face issues at some point. Hard shifts could arise and that is not good. You could experience shudders. There may be jerking. The gears might become stuck. The transmission could slip. Delayed shifts will cause acceleration problems. If the transmission fluid leaks, that needs to be patched quickly.

I have a 2014 that was sold to me with a bad transmission in Anderson Indiana at Doug Bowmer Auto!!! I have only had it 14 most. Had I known what I know now I would have never purchased it because it was sold that way along with many other electrical and starting problems. Then it was supposed to have an escalated claim so a new transmission could be put in but the Dealer ran it 5.9 miles over my warranty when The VEHICLE HAD BEEN TOWED TO THEM. NEVER GO TO ED MARTIN CHEVY AND EXPECT MAINTENANCE OR Warranty work to be done right!!!!!!

For the 2014 gmc sierra transmission problems include the transmission slipping when shifting, and shifting being difficult to do at all. This will make it so you need to replace or fix the transmission.
