Some of the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica sliding door problems are intermittently not closing and not being able to open. There is a door module software update that came out a few months ago that has solved this problem. Sometimes, that software needs updating too. And if that's the case, a trip to Your dealership is likely required.ReprogRamming the door module(s) with updated software is the only viable fix. Check with a dealer for the application specifics of the flash.

2018 Pacifica Touring L Around 36K miles driver's side sliding door would not function with outside button for power open/close. After several attempts and using 'inside' overhead button the outside button started functioning again. Don't know why.
