The 2019 Honda Odyssey 9 speed transmission problems are won't shift and shudders. The transmission is one of the most critical parts of the vehicle. You will face issues at some point. You could experience shudders. Hard shifts could arise and that is not good. There may be jerking. The gears might become stuck. Delayed shifts can cause acceleration issues. The transmission may slip. If the transmission fluid leaks, that needs to be solved quickly. The transmission fluid needs to be replaced every 30,000 to 60,000 miles. Along with fluid changes, terrible sounds will come from the transmission. Old transmission fluid will be awful to the ear. A worn out torque converter will cause a headache.

Some 2019 honda odyssey 9 nine-speed automatic transmission problems has become a persistent aggravation, with a tendency to bang into 2nd gear on upshifts under moderate acceleration at low speeds.

Same issue and is very annoying in city traffic. I have asked the local dealer to adjust but they can do nothing and deny there is a problem. I wish this had been pointed out to me by the sales person before I bought it as did not notice it when test driving mostly on roads with higher than city speed limits. I would not have purchased if I had known. I feel that Honda did a poor job on this and that it should have been disclosed. As a result, I will not buy another Honda.
