The most common problem you will experience with the 2015 Chevy Colorado radio is usually caused by a software problem with the radio that causes it to freeze up. Typically resetting the radio will solve this. You can also Make sure that you have the lateSTSoftware on it and update it if needed. If your radio does not power on at all then the first thing you should do is check the fuse to it. It is possible for this to blow or be damaged and replacing it will usually fix it. If your radio doesn't power on and the fuse is fine then the head unit may have failed at some point and would need to be replaced to get it working properly again.

The dealers do NOT know what the problem is. Had my 2015 Colorado at the dealer for 2 days, diagnostic fee is $175 but did not charge me as they failed to find a cause. Perhaps GM has the answer= infotainment system recall?
