Some of the tire problems on the 2018 Honda CR-V include premature wear on the factory tires, the tires becoming loose, tires jerking side to side and hydroplaning in very light rain. With premature wear it's the tires needing to be replaced in about 10,000 miles to 20,000 miles whereas they should be lasting anywhere froM25,000 miles to 50,000 miles. Honda has not taken any fault for the problems with the tires so if You are experiencing any of these problems You will need to replace them Yourself. The cost of a new tire for the CR-V is anywhere from $90 to $200 per tire depending on the brand of the tire and the store You are getting it at.
