The brake rotors on a 2015 Toyota RAV4 are 275mm in the front, and 281mm in the rear. The different sizes is very common on vehicles that are all wheel drive like the Rav4. If You need to get new rotors for Your vehicle I recommend getting ones that are drilled or slotted because they have better heat distribution properties and can make Your brakes more effective. If You are in the market to get a new set of wheels the You will want to make sure that they clear both the rotors and calipers. Every time that You change Your oil You should check Your brake pad wear and make sure that they are in good condition.

Not all 2015 RAV4s have the same size rotors....even if they are both the same submodel. You have to measure your rotors.....you cannot figure it out by a VIN search either. My 2015 RAV4 limited 4WD has rear ones that are 275mm and fronts that are 296mm. Its so easy to order the incorrect brakes! I agree about getting the drilled/slotted ones.
