A radiator leak is a very common cause for an antifreeze leak in Your 2015 Chevy Trax. You should notice the leak directly under Your Trax's radiator if You let it idle in the same spot for long enough. The puddle should not appear under the engine itself. If thats the case, You may be looking at a bad hose, water pump, or thermostat housing. Keep a very close eye on Your temperature gauge and coolant level. If enough coolant leaks out, Your Trax will run hot or overheat. Repairing or replacing the radiator should be considered an absolute priority.

I changed the reservoir and both hoses. The big and small one. It doesn't leave any puddles. But I have to keep adding antifreeze to it.

Issues with the reservoir or hoses are most likely cause of antifreeze leaking in a 2015 chevy trax.
