If You start up Your 2014 Chevy Spark and You see a code 65 written on the dash that is part of the alarm system. Code 65 means that there was an attempted theft that occurred and the alarm system stopped it from happening. This can be caused by someone trying to break open a door, or trying to start the vehicle without any keys. If this code is on Your dash and You don't see any signs of damage it may be an issue with a sensor or the body control module. You can usually clear and ignore this warning, but if You have more problems You should let Chevy check it out to make sure there is not anything wrong with the alarm's computer.

The 2014 Chevy Spark will display a code 65 when there has been an attempted theft. A list of these codes can be found in the owner's manual on pages 5-25, 5-26.
