When You see OBD-II fault code P1450 on the Ford Explorer, it indicates that the EVAP running loss monitor detects excessive fuel tank vacuum when the engine is running and not idling. The error is communicated to Your powertrain control module, and the check engine light is typically illuminated. There are a few reasons that this might happen, ranging in costliness. You may have a fuel filler cap that is stuck shut, which thereby prevents vacuum relief. You may have a kinked or damaged hose between the EVAP canister and the fuel tank. Your fuel tank pressure sensor may be defective or faulty, or You may have a blocked EVAP canister or vent solenoid. This is where You should begin with Your diagnosis, and make necessary repairs according to what You find.

Code p1450 means the fuel tank is unable to bleed up fuel tank vacuum, this has nothing to do with the fuel pressure sensor, rather the most common reason is a defective fuel tank pressure sensor.
