A low wash warning on a Jeep Liberty means that You need to fill up Your window washer fluid. There is a container for this right under the hood of the car. Simply fill it to the full line and You will be good to go. This will also make the light go out.

Should indicate low level of windshield washer fluid. Be sure to add it to the correct resevoir.
