This code is not related to the theft system but has to do with the steering column.
I need help 98 expedition 5.4 was running on its own had ruff idle putti g and fartimg then it shuts off on its on the the antitheft light came on code 16 checked all fuses under dash and under hood all good the check engine light dont come on in the on postion and the obd port says not responding i replaced the ecc no differance what next?

Check all Power and grounds to pcm first. Check ground splices on the firewall behind the battery. There are 3 splices with 6 wires all together.
