The TPMS light on the 2008 Honda Accord is a tire pressure monitoring system. If the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) light comes on, it usually means that the air pressure in one or more of Your tires has dropped below the expected level.Keeping Your car's tires properly inflated to the automaker's recommended pressures is a critical element of tire maintenance. Tires that contain the specified amount of air pressure last longer and contribute to vehicle safety. But what happens if You need to replace the TPMS on Your vehicle You may be asking Yourself. Well in the event the TPMS sensors need to be replaced, the cost can range from approximately $50 to $100 each depending on vehicle type.

There is a "low pressure" light (a tire with an exclamation point) which indicates that one of the tires has an air pressure lower than recommended. Then there is the actual "TPMS" light, which indicates a problem with the monitoring system itself, usually meaning you may have to replace a sensor.

The TPMS light on the 2008 Honda Accord is a Tire Pressure Monitoring System. If the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) light comes on, it usually means that the air pressure in one or more of your tires has dropped below the expected level. The light can also be triggered erroneously by a bad sensor, and it can also come on, and go back off, seemingly at random. If the issues persist after bringing the tires to the expected levels, consult your Honda or authorized dealer.
