It is located in the engine compartment on the left of the fender panel, or in the main fuse panel. Most vehicles have two blower motor fuses, one in the interior of the fuse block and under the hood. The blower motor can usually be found on the passenger side, under the dashboard. The function of a blower motor is to move volumes of air through Your vehicle ventilation systems. It can be cold or warm air. This devise is powered by a fuse called relay. If the heater or the air conditioning are not working as it should, the blower motor fuse can be the problem. A blower motor is a very resistant piece that should last between 10 to 20 years. That is why, at any problem with the ventilation it is probably a blown fuse.

I also haven't found a blower motor fuse anywhere in the fuse panel in the engine compartment. Is it labeled something else?

I have not found a blower motor fuse anywhere on my 2003 Dodge dakota. I checked under the engine compartment and there's a fuse for the compressor clutch, but there's absolutely nothing on the interior fuse box.
