The headlight relay in a 2004 Acura TL can be found in the main power distribution panel that is located in the engine compartment in Your car. This has the job of sending power out to Your headlights so if they are not working it is one of the things that You should check. If the relays and fuses are all okay to Your headlights then the next thing I recommend checking is the wiring to the bulbs. If any of the wires are loose or frayed then that could prevent them from working. If those are all okay then it is most likely a problem with the bulbs. The actual bulbs will burn out over time and need to be replaced with new ones.
