You can find the power window fuse for the 2004Cadillac CTS located in the interior fuse box, which is on the passenger side, underneath the glove box. It's going to be labeled DR MOB PWR C/B on the little insert in that panel, and You'll need a 25 amp blade style replacement, if it's blown. If You're having difficulty with Your power windows operating, the next thing to check after You've verified the fuse is good is going to be the wiring, which can become compromised (split) if the door starts scraping against it near the hinges. After that, it's going to be checking the motor, which is the next typical failure scenario for the CTS' power windows.
