The 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500hd bolt pattern iS8 X180 mm. This part will need to be changed some day. You don't want to get into any wrecks on the road. You should change Your tires every 30,000 to 50,000 miles. Making sure Your tires are in the greatest of condition is key to not crashing. You will come into issues with this part at some time or another. Make sure to check the tire pressure once a month. Check for holes, in case You run over a nail. The part may become loose at some point. Premature tire wear is something to lookout for. You might run into feathering problems. You could face cupping issues.

I currently own 3 chevy silverado 2500s, 2 are 2500HD, a '95, an'04, & an '07. I have owned over 50 3/4 ton chevy trucks. The bolt pattern always was 8X6.5inches until 2011 when they converted to 8X180mm which is still the lug pattern in use today (2023)
