The 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 has a wheel bolt pattern of 6x139.7mm. The pattern is basically what keeps the wheel/rim bolted on, it is measured by takeng the diameter of a circle through the holes. 6x139.7mm means that there are 6 holes and the diameter of the circle is 139.7mm. The truck also has a thread size of M14 X1.5, a center bore of 78.1 mm and it uses lug nuts as the wheel fasteners. The wheel size for the Silverado is 17 to 20 inches in diameter and 7 to 8.5 inches in width. Some of the tire sizes for the truck is 245/70R16 and 245/70R17 for the Crew Cab, 235/75R16, 245/70R16 and 245/70R17 for the Extended Cab and 245/75R16 for the HD Crew Cab.
