The 2007 Ford F-150 has the capacity to hold 24 ounces of freon. This is just a little less than two cans of freon, which will cost You about 10 to 15 dollars each. Most cans of freon will come with a charge kit and instructions. This kit is designed to inject the freon into the charge port on the bottom side of the refrigerant housing. While each kit may be a little different the general idea is the same. You want to put the can nozzle into the port and then squeeze the trigger to fill it.
