The 2013 Toyota RAV4's lug nuts require 80 pound feet of torque. It useS5 lugs nuts (the wheel pattern iS5x114.3mm) and has a center bore of 60.1mm. The thread size of the lugs is M12x1.5. The stock rims on this RAV4 are between 16 inches to 20 inches. If You're replacing the lug nuts, You can go with the OEM ones, which are part number 9094201033, and cost $3.91 apiece. If You want to upgrade a bit, though, You can go with the Dorman Autograde Wheel Nut M12-1.50 Mags, part number 611-187, which sale for $4.99 from most local auto parts stores.
