The 2014 Ford F-350 has an oil capacity of seven quarts. The best oil to use is Motorcraft SAE 5W-20 motor oil or an equivalent that meets one or more of the Ford specificatioNSXO-5W20-QSP or XO-5W20-QFS and is API certified. You should check the oil level at least once a month, every time You put gas in the truck is a good practice in ensuring proper oil levels. If the oil happens to fall below the low-level mark on the dipstick, add enough to bring it in to range. The oil and filter should be changed at least every 7,500 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first.
