On the Chevrolet Cobalt, You'll find the radiator cap as a "push and turn" cap on the top center of the radiator. Specifically, You may find it occluded by a trim piece, depending largely on model year. If You can't find it, consider removing one of the plastic shields to see if You can gain more meaningful access. Typically, You'll need to press both down and turn counterclockwise to open it. However, under normal operation, You shouldn't be adding coolant to the radiator itself. For that, You'll need to locate the coolant reservoir, which is opened in the same way. Be careful, though: in either case, You won't want to open the cap if the engine is warm or hot from recent operation.
