The wheel bolt pattern on a Ford F-150 iS6 X135mm. This means that You have SRX lug nuts on the wheels and they are 135 millimeters away from each other. When You need to buy new wheels make sure that they fit this size exactly. There are adapters on the market but they can put more strain on Your wheels or Your wheel hubs and cause them damage. Usually a reputable tire and wheel shop should be able to show You a selection of wheels that will fit Your truck. Changing the wheels on Your truck is a great way to give it a custom look, but iAlso recommend not going more than 2 inches larger to avoid rubbing.
