In order to gain access to the Ford F-150 Raptor's spare tire, You'll need to lower it from under the rear end of the vehicle. This can be done with the included jack handle that You're given. This is initially located in behind the rear passenger side seat, along with some other emergency equipment. However, if You've purchased Your Raptor preowned, it's possible that the previous owner has relocated it, potentially under the passenger's seat or in the bed's toolbox, if equipped. You'll first need to use Your key on the key hole to the right of Your license plate. This will remove a small apparatus that gives You access to the hole. Connect all handles together, and You'll be able to safely lower the spare tire.

The spare tire mount is underneath the truck. You have to wind it down in the back. Everything needed to do that is with the jack.
