The 2013 Toyota RAV4 uses a 9005 bulb for the headlights in it. That is a very common bulb size and You should be able to find it at any auto parts store. If Your headlights are not working the first thing that You should inspect are the fuses to them. If they are damaged or blown then You will want to replace them. The next thing You should check is the wiring to the headlight. If it is loose or frayed then You will need to either reconnect or repair it. If both of those things are fine then You should check the bulb and if it is burnt out then You can replace it from the back of the housing.
