Getting a brake pad replacement for the Toyota Camry will vary for everyone but You can typically expect to pay between $190 and $240 for the parts and labor required. There are some symptoms to check for if You'd like to confirm that You need a replacement in the first place. If You're getting a slow response when braking, notice a burning smell while You're driving, or hear any sorts of grinding or squeaking noises when braking then they're probably failing on You. You definitely want to have them serviced as soon as possible because driving with bad brakes is a real safety issue for YourseLFAnd others on the road. -

Just bought both rear break pads for $42 and jacked up my car, broke the nuts, removed the caliper. Compressed the piston. Removed old break pads, put new ones. It took an hour of my time and $42. Don't pay some shithead mechanic $300 to do it. That's a complete ripoff. Do it yourself. Be a man.

I just had new brake pads put on the front of my 2017 Camry. It has 77,000 miles and the first time I’m replacing the brakes. My car started “pulsating” when coming to a stop and now stops smoothly. Total Cost for front brake pads and labor $298.00.
