The Toyota Camry lug nut torque iS76 ft-lbs. A torque wrench is a must-have when tightening the lugs nuts. Youre never supposed to use an impact gun to put lug nuts on because theres no way to accurately control the torque thats being applied. Excessively tightened lug nuts can strip the threads, distort brake rotors, damage the wheel, and possibly shear off the lug stud. Insufficiently tightened lug nuts can come loose, with catastrophic consequences.Lug nuts are made of metal and are frequently designed and treated to prevent rust. However, over time they may develop rust as their protective coatings wear off or if they are neglected. Fortunately, since lug nuts are hardy so that they will hold the wheels of Your car in place, they can also stand up to some pretty serious rust-removal efforts.

Please don't listen to Josh. That's a good way to warp your brake rotors and/or strip lugnuts.
Use implant gun till the nut doesn't turn any. More and stops spinning then tighten with 4 foot breaker bar till you hear very slight popping sound and your all done!!!
