Toyota recommends that You get Your 2015 Sienna in for a service every 5,000 miles or about every 6 months. During thiS5,000 mile service they will change the oil and filter, inspect the vehicle for any signs of damage, take care of any open recalls, and top off any fluids that are low in the vehicle. The neXTService interval is the intermediate service which is done every 15,000 miles or 18 months. At this service they will do everything they do in the 5,000 mile service plus go around and make sure all the driveline components and brakes are torqued and in good condition. At the 30,000 mile or 36 month service they will do all the services of the other two and also replace transmission fluids in the van.
