The triangle warning light on a Toyota Sienna is a very important light that will only turn on when the ECU detects that there is low oil pressure in Your engine. You should try to stop as soon as possible as low oil pressure can destroy Your engine since it will not have the lubrication that it needs to run safely. The low oil pressure light may come on for a variety of reasons. One could be that Your oil level is low and it simply does not have enough oil to fill the cylinders. Another option is that the oil pump is failing to move enough oil into the engine. The third option is that the sensor itself could be faulty and need to be replaced. You should always have this inspected by a mechanic to avoid permanent damage.

* Hood is ajar. ... As pulled Hood Release by mistake then pulled Gas Cap Release as a gas station, but failed to close Hood. Low tire pressure. Low fuel. Low washer fluid. Low coolant. Low battery voltage. A door is ajar. The parking brake is still engaged. Headlights have been left on. The fuel cap is loose or missing.

The master warning light is represented inside a triangle by an exclamation mark, and may be either yellow or red. Often the red version will also feature text to warn you about what's wrong, and might be something serious like low oil pressure.

My mechanic said that the master warning light always comes with other lights. In my case, it was maint-required light. When I turned the maint-required light, the master one is gone together.

I'm mistakenly pulled my hood latch when I meant to pull the latch to open the gas cover.
