The 2003 Dodge Durango uses an OEM Mopar coolant that is orange in color. You should never mix different types of antifreeze together because the different chemicals could lead to corrosion forming in Your vehicle's cooling system which can damage Your engine. If You have Your vehicle always serviced at a Dodge dealership they will use the OEM coolant, but if You have had a coolant flush or change at a third party shop they may have used something different. The safest bet is if You do not know what coolant You have You should just top it off with distilled water. You may lose a small amount of cooling capacity but it will not harm anything in Your engine.

Low Toxicity Antifreeze and Engine Coolant (ANT1G-EA) is the recommended coolant type for the Durango.
