This 2014 INFINITIQ50 makes use of regular unleaded gasoline, which iS87 octanes and has a gas tank size of 20.0 gal. You can use premium gas in this car, which is 91 octanes, but seeing as this will cost You more and not give any benefit there is no real reason to. You can not under any circumstance use diesel, however. If You make the mistake of putting it in the tank do not start the car, have it towed to a mechanic right away. If You start the engine it will foul it, which can cause You thousands of dollars in repairs. If You leave the fuel sit, even a few hours, it can cause damage to the tank and gas line.

The 2014 Infiniti Q50 should be given premium 91 octane gasoline. If not available, 87 octane may be temporarily used, but the Infiniti states to avoid filling the tank completely and to avoid full throttle and abrupt acceleration.
